Church of Fitness is a page dedicated to those wanting to find joy in life, seeking growth, or generally confused about conflicting information regarding health and fitness. With a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and nearly two decades of experience in sport and the fitness industry I have fought through personal injury, trained people of different ages, abilities and goals, and researched current and past trends and products. My frustration with the false product claims, obesssion with body weight, and lack of proper education about health that plagues our society is my fuel for this blog. I hope you find it clarifying and inspiring.
